This interdisciplinary minor focuses on the regions and people of Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as Latino/Latinx peoples in the United States.

The minor is offered jointly by the Schools of 历史 and Sociology; Literature, 媒体, and Communication; Modern Languages and the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. Through the interdisciplinary study of history, 政治, 经济学, 文学, 媒体, and languages of these regions and populations, students engage in comparative study of societies, 值, 以及本地/全球问题.
